This class is an exploration of various formal and informal practices that can reduce stress, boost the immune system, and improve focus and concentration. You will learn how to deal with the inner critic, negative thoughts, strong emotions, and physical discomfort so you can navigate whatever comes your way with more presence, grace, and ease. There is also an opportunity to receive a personal mantra.
